Maybe it's an issue if there is no longer a garage but I still don't see that being a problem for a rental property investment.

Personally, I find BTRs to be more predictable with fewer ongoing maintenance issues, and they tend to attract high-quality tenants.

To be honest, I would let your PM resolve the issue.

If using a private/HML loan for the first part of the BRRRR, you'll want to understand the terms and conditions and timing so that there's not an issue when you refi.

You may run into issues with re-tenanting and it may take longer than you expect or cost more.
