I can't believe he could pull money out if she's on title with out her knowing.Do you have siblings? 

My son went to school with the son of one of the original owners 7 siblings so a year after we owned it we learned the entire history & read the book the original owners wife wrote about the property.The flooring on the first floor was 4" oak slabs cut from trees on the property as was many of the studs.

I was thinking a perfect scenario would be to try to BRRRR a local property close to the campus and then rent out all of the rooms with one of them being to the sibling-in-law. 

I felt every bit of that as a man from the Caribbean who wasn’t afforded a university education like my other siblings, middle class at best who came to America to fulfill my greatest ambition that didn’t work out.

I believe there is a younger sibling but Im not sure if there are more.
