Naomi Spira I would suggest a free consultation with a RE lawyer to see what the eviction process would look like in NJ.In PA I would have started evictions, just based on the shenanigans.

When I was a full-time wholesaler most of clients were able to pull the trigger within minutes of entering the home, some trusted me enough to buy sight unseen on my recommendation, and some always wanted to get a contractor in there or run the contract past their lawyer.

I'm getting in touch with an eviction lawyer and am trying to get into contact with the current tenant but I'll have to essentially catch him at home as I don't have his phone number.
