Which is why there are more Chinese people parking their capital here than the other way around, and same goes for Russians with Western Europe. 

Further, you may have a situation in which it changes the parking requirement etc.

So you're not really comparing apples to apples here.Also, most likely the syndication/crowdfunding deal you are comparing to is a completely different real-estate asset class than single family (i.e. probably multi-family,office, self storage,mobile home parks or something else).

Top suburbs for house hacking include East Point, Decatur, College Park, Lithonia / Stonecrest, Mableton, and Smyrna / Vinings.

I was scared to even park in these places.

Indoor parking will surely be a bonus.

So here it goes....I bought first single family home (2000sqft) 2 yrs ago in Cedar Park, TX area during peak of market craze at 5% 30yr fixed for around $540k (spent about 10K more replacing hvac etc) with monthly payment of $3600-$4000 and the market corrected sharply to a point comparable homes are not selling even for 440k with a nice pool in them.
