I have had the opportunity to dabble myself, and how recently purchased a few homes, but concerned I am missing the boat on how I should be handling these investments.I have 3 properties, working on purchasing my 4th.

Funny....EXACTLY the same boat...am 37, bought in Royale Palms last summer.

"Where is" generally refers to movable,,personal property...cars, trucks, boats, etc., and not used for real property.

Be the first one to make decent mortgage origination software, make a boat load of money because you've got a monopoly product.

Right now the only thing in the 0-60k range in all of Nassau County on MLS is a house boat in port washington:) You can find some beat up properties in suffolk or some unrealistic short sales on MLS.
