Looking around on zillow in my city of san antonio and i find a house thats being foreclosed for 160k, everything looks to be in good condition.... a few blocks away i find a literal mirror image of the same property listed for 120k, opening bid at 80k except the carpets are all stained, theres a dent in the wall about the size of a basketball, grass is overgrown, theres no tile downstairs (just cement slab). i feel like this is  good entry home to start flipping seeing as though i have a comp right down the road. 

So basketball and gymnastics are out due to height.

Indoor movie theater, basketball court, 8 car garage, 7 bedrooms each with a walk in closet, 7 bathrooms, pool outside with pool house. 

Just remember when you hit the "winning" basketball with 3 seconds left there is always a chance that someone will hit a 3 to beat you at the buzzer!

Yeah JoshNumbers don't lie just like ball doesn't lie (actually it does) in a basketball pickup game.In a Denver/your market, etc. 

This home has a very large back yard where you can easily build a swimming pool and a 1/4 basket ball court and still have room for more.

the area is very nice well kept , its a corner property and on the opposite corner is a small mom and pop deli, at the top of the street is the local elementary school with a play ground and feild for kids aswell as a large playground/ football /baseball feild/ basketball courts a few blocks away with organized sports running concurrent to the sports season. lowes and giant as well as several food places  about a block away also. deffinitly alot of conveinece in the neighborhood. no inspector has looked over the property other then myself and partner twice already

I had a neighbor next to one of my rentals call the police to report kids in the driveway playing basketball at 2PM on Sunday, saying they were too loud.

They called the cops on me twice for me and my 8 year son playing basketball in the front of the house.
