I am going to be lending to an investor on a single family home.

Investment Info:Large multi-family (5+ units) fix & flip investment.

Based on some of the research done, I am inclined towards starting out with a small multi family investment property (2-4 multi family home).

Eventually I want to get into single family and multi family rentals.As far as effort or work on the fixers;  my brother in law is quite handy and my next door neighbor has said he would help in anything that is out of my scope of expertise. 

I wonder what would have happened if you just used a friend/family members US mailing address.

Do they have a family that depends on them for stability? 

I have about 250k USD to allocate to this venture, but I may want to dip my toes into the market with a single-family residence in an area like Parma Heights and test the waters.

Hey bigger pockets family, I'm facing a dilemma that consists of me choosing whether or not to buy a tiny home and put it on my current home's property, creating an ADU to rent out or to save that money that I would put into the tiny home and save for my next purchase.

To sell one of my investment properties, it is a single-family home that is valued at around $65k and no more than $70k, I have tenants who live in it for about three years and pay $950 a month in rent. the house is free and clear.
