Hello Helpers, I am planning a move to FL next year May 2024, and thinking to convert my current home to rental. 

Those are great helpers for cash flow :-)

As a new REI/BP here, although I do attend meetups to learn more about REI, I believed that when you have your team of helpers, having an RE agent would be one of these key people.

Those $15-25/hr helpers do not have a license, but they are working for a licensed contractor which makes it legal, according to the state, as long as you are not paying them under the table.I had a summer job working for a contractor as a teenage (20+ years ago).

.- Scenario 2: I rent the same home a combined 91 days a year to tourists, people who come and work as a ski patrol, ski instructor 2 day/week who need a nightly rental here and there throughout the season, holiday helper who work 10 days total for Vail resorts.

ThanksAloha,1) Depending a great deal on the quality and current condition of the various buildings/units, at a minimum, for hands on, in house management, you would want 1, possibly 2 PM's; 1 accountant; 1 admin, 1 reception/admin assistant; maintenance staff including a lead person with variety of quality skills and strong background, skilled carpenter, plumbing specialist, electrical specialist, a helper/laborer, and depending on location, seasonal help for yard work/snow removal.
