I am a new member of the Sean Terry Flip2Freedom academy and I do want to say I find the videos very informative.

I just posted a short blog here on BP on software to make a video.

"Due on sale clause if the loan is called on a sub2 or wrap", -not likely will be called if the loan is religiously paid on time and insurance is kept up, but it is possible.There are wrap, sub2 and lease option videos on my BP Blog.And "caveat emptor" on wraps and sub2, Just because you CAN do it, (i.e. buy on a wrap or sub2) does not mean you SHOULD buy it.
