My experience is that planning people are perfectly willing to answer a lot of questions and would rather do that with a person before he/she buys a piece of land.Find the parcel, map it, figure out the right planning authority, then go to their website and rock and roll.

So if you figure your area and convert to yards, multiply by 500 and divide by 2000 will give you tonnage also.If you're needing a base you can use a geo textile if you do not want to buy #2 stone (big rock, 2 to 3").

If you don't have a job that can afford the outlay each month, then its not a good place to be in.BTW - are you in White Rock Estates? 

I do not think this would be a great idea seeing as it is one of the more common rocks that we place value on.

Or, just hide a key under a rock somewhere.
