Definitely do not "Swap" lists.Just have the other person do a promotion for you and direct those people to your website so they can opt-in on your list.BCC is also not effective as your delivery rate is so low.

And ironically if i were to get promoted i would go to salary, work more hours, and get paid 25% less then what im making right now.
