I understand that might not be a great rental but in Jax I should still be able to make it work with the difference in payment for the new property as primary.

It’s frustrating, but I understand they have low funding.

@Danielle McKahn this can be done, there are people who do it.

Tricky, to get people to move in, it would need to be accessible to transportation, town...but the city has not accepted them so much legally as a living space.  

The influx of people coming to Florida has declined, further contributing to the slowdown.  

I reached out to ~15 people in my area on furnished finder asking for their occupancy rates and a couple responded saying they have 92-97% occupancy rates.

Every positive review on their website are from people who just found them and are happy like they found a gold nugget in their backyard and have zero experience with their accounting department or have yet to file a claim.I am thankful for finding this discussion as it helped me realize there are multiple options for STR. 

In one of the BiggerPockets groups some people were saying with the fed cutting rates a half point was a BIG change and then others saying a SMALL change.

This is causing a huge influx of people moving here for jobs.

Real estate investors were full time real estate business people who owned larger type properties.
