The process of finding the people and motivating them is harder than you might expect. 

It’s super relatable, especially since your friend is around the same age and also just getting started.Also, as someone who works closely with newer investors, especially those with busy careers like your friend, I’d love to share some insight on how she can diversify her income while keeping it relatively hands-off.

What risks have you or the people running the farms have encountered and mitigated?

I use to use NeedToSellMyHouseFast.com, but over the past 2 months, most of the leads that I got from them were junk leads or people just asking for top dollar.

I would hop on calls with people that invested before and who have also invested out of state.

I grew up in the Milwaukee area, went away for school to The University of Iowa (Go Hawks), and now I am back and thrilled to be working in property management and helping people reach their real investment goals.

The contract/sale was never recorded on the deed.For those wanting the horror story on how I got into this Contract for Deed, here you go....Had all 5 properties rented, 2 two people I knew personally.

I hand wrote letters to properties in distress.
