The house uses propane, but the unit installed was for natural gas and it started a little fire and fried all the circuitry.  

But need to manage well, get the right people, and prepare for the worst, naturally.

Yeah I found a wide range in adjustments for pools in the forums but naturally those coming from perpetually warm climates were factoring in a larger adjustment.

A few tips I've scraped up over the years:Often: Natural gas will run their infrastructure for no costElectric can run their infrastructure, and in some cases, rebate the costs of it back with each permanent meter installed within a given timeframe. 

Plus the locals rock.

The majority of duplex properties will be in Austin and Round Rock, but nearly every community will have some small-multifamily options. 

I moved to White Rock BC about a year ago from Ontario and looking to meet like minded individuals in the Greater Vancouver area to connect with and bounce ideas off of. 

It really is a great system.Anyway, the mobile site is a bit clunky to use on this setup (as is the nature of being on “mobile”), but is still usable.
