Selling 10 properties to a large company, that can happen, otherwise it's a pipe dream.What I feel is that we have another guru/mentor/coaching ploy being developed with a "how to" theme.While I don't do business this way, there is no way you could really tie up a property and sell it to me in my area if I wanted it I could take it, without you buying it, there would be no contract of any kind you could do that can't be circumvented by a local buyer.
