You will need to move forward with your financing and start looking for the team members to make your airBNB successful like your cleaners, handyman, etc. 

Some things we learned as we enter year 2:-cleaner is most important-handyman is also important(you can find both of these reccs on facebook groups for your local market unless mgmt company gave to you)-schlage lock (or similar)-google mesh for wifi and nest (or similar)-nice, professional photos-communication is key (you can find those template prompts on BP forums)then let it rip!  

@Natalie Schanne I would love to have my cleaners do it at home, but most of my cleaners don't have the ability to do that for a variety of reasons.

Looking for as efficient of a way as possible to get this up and running.Would also be interested in other good check lists/resources for other "to do's" once under contract to get an Airbnb ready (finding cleaners, software mgmt systems, etc.).

At first it is because you need to develop your system and find a reliable cleaner who is sort of able to function a bit as a PM and knows or is a handyman.

Lastly the bulletin boards at your local super market or corner deli, I'd put that last as any of those cleaners don't come with the vetting of the previous options.
