@Shwetha Pindikuri,Assuming an FHA loan with a second mortgage can be tricky, but it’s definitely doable with the right lender.

You definitely have enough to house hack- buy a property for yourself with the intention of making it a rental in a year or so.

Unless you are a seasoned real estate investor with professional title searching skills, I wouldn't do this.

Some may say… this is too much work… or too difficult to do…  Well, if you don’t like this type of work or industry… simply don’t do it.
