It is Cement Block Constructed and was used is light industrial.  

Should I send the tenants a letter telling them to seek out the previous owner for their deposits?

IM doing direct mail marketing and I have about 80 letters ready to be mailed.

I'll be looking at my first house in person Monday on the 2000 block of Titan st.

My pre-approval letter states it expires in six months if I don't close on a property before then.
