I believe the Real Estate market is at an extremely high level now because of our beautiful recovery from the 08-09 housing crash.

However living in SB is beautiful it is also ridiculously expensive.

It currently has offices, tutor space, hair and nail salons.

If you want to split hairs a double close could mean you close on the property and resell it at a later day maybe even the next day but a simultaneous close would be one close right after the other only minutes apart.
