He does not necessarily cause trouble (so far a I know) but I am getting the impression he could not pass our background check not to mention the Section 8 thing.I believe I have tried being reasonable with her and asking her about it and now I am pretty sure she is just lying about him "living there".I am not opposed to trying to talk to her about it one more time before I just send the notice to her and the housing authority- though I think that would get her in a lot of trouble.

Great weather, a little hotter in the summer as it is more inland. 30 minutes to Santa Maria, 30 minutes to Santa Barbara, 25 minutes to Lompoc, haven't driven direct to Vandenberg so not sure but it's a little out of the way.Goleta: Goleta is nice, close to Santa Barbara, far from Vandenberg, and extremely expensive.

I feel like i have no good integrity and saw my very first few good looking deals kind of slip away from my hand.I have read and listen to some of experience investor in this type of business about A to B and to C. before even looking for the motivated sellers.This is what i have understood;After talking to the seller(A) i have to send the letter of intent with the 2 written options either cash or term.
