So we it was a let down but like a shoot for the stars land on the moon type situation.

On one of our properties we have over 28 -5 star reviews on VRBO but for whatever reason we just get a better response from our AiRBnB listings.

Call 3-4 of them with 4.5-star rating or better, ask what their experience is and how they can help your situation, then choose one and move forward.You are in the most heavily regulated state in the country, and one of the most regulated/litigious places in the world.

All these 4-5 stars you read online are of tenants, very rarely are they of landlords.
