I asked the chimney contractor for his license # which he gave me  After the work was complete, and closing docs have been signed the buyers agent informs us that the the chimney contract license was a business license not a contractors license and that we now need to pay $5,000 to have the contractor of the buyers choice do the repairs.

Additionally, you are not limited to only three choices. 

Coinmac (or whatever they're called now -- google 'em) will put machines in there at no cost to you, service them, take the cash out, etc and mail you a check for your cut (they have different profit splits you can negotiate) .If you just have a small building, it's not likey worth the cost of doing a 'smart washer' that can take payment via venmo/paypal/applepay but they do exist.
