It seems like you just joined biggerpockets and your first post was about JTFoxx, hope you have no relationship with their company.Were you involved in one-on-one coaching or group coaching?

Depending on what the numbers look like some of the funds allow you to pull equity out after a few months. which would hopefully allow you to put money back into your heloc.

In response to your question (1) hopefully a contract (if you're an investor) or (2) if you are or have an agent, a listing agreement.

I was hoping to find a solution in our PMS or each OTA that would allow me to create a recurring rule, but haven't yet.
