My opinion is that Realtors are focused on the present deal and when they learn that an investor is trying to low ball a deal it means the Realtor may get less pay.But the larger picture here is that an investor that finds a Realtor that is willing to work hard for a good deal and maybe paid less is going to use this Realtor again and again and again. So is to more important to get the large payout on one property or create a relationship with an investor that could equal more but smaller deals for the long term.
