There is an area there called Legacy where Liberty Mutual, Chase, etc., are building large new buildings and creating thousands of jobs.Personally, I like The Colony and Frisco - if its in our price range.  

I use them to list, for tenants to apply and credit reporting currently but not yet for rent collection because it just worked out that all our current tenants work with Chase quickpay.

The properties I'm looking for are all under 500K, so obviously commercial real estate loan isn't an option.Do I go to major banks like BOA, Chase, and ask for a personal SF mortgage?

I'm not interested in chasing buyers who want the perfect "crown molding" I want to work with people where I'm helping them with their goals and that helps with mine as well.
