I watched a Dave Ramsey episode and he said "any cash flow is good" I know on BP they preach 100 a door, but that is on properties that cost 80-120k.

There are quite a few episodes with some very experienced wholesalers/house flippers that you can absorb a ton of knowledge from!

It's possible you just downloaded a few episodes and never subscribed, so after the ones you listened to were deleted from your phone, new ones didn't download because you weren't subscribed.  

So, fyi - the Podcast episodes are still alive at www.biggerpockets.com/podcast, but in iTunes and on iPhones and iPads and on Sticher... they might be gone for a few days.
