It's interesting to see that more people here are leaning towards personal ownership and away from using LLC's.I feel there is a lot of misinformation and incorrect facts bouncing around within the RE community as a whole.For me, the most pertinent issue is achieving anonymity.

@Moises R Cosme I don’t see rates bouncing back that high especially under this administrations.

I'm already familiar with residential buy and hold real estate but I could use a crash course on the STR nuances and a community of people doing deals to bounce ideas and questions off of.  

Our vacation rentals are starting to bounce back.

I'm an investor & realtor based out in LI and have also been struggling with finding offmarket properties, would be great to connect and bounce around ideas. 

I ask potential tenants to fill out my online application (all of their sensitive personal information and credit card #), and I personally wouldn't fill that out if I had just been bounced around between domains. 

Sooo I’m bouncing back and forth between a rental (sfh or duplex) and doing a straight up flip.
