There is a vent on the roof that appears to be blocked by lint.

The house is blocks away from Bellevue, Wa.Does anyone else have those missed opportunities stories? 

Could be a great money maker. 1 block from City College, close to stores, transportation & expressway.This is a Chicago property that I have yet to get under contract, but the seller and I have something in common...Jesus!

They were 8.5 by 11 on yellow paper, on telephone poles. 3 or 4 on every corner within a 1 mile block. 200 flyers in 3, 1mile blocks with a couple on the main road so the main trafic could see them.

I currently live in 95838, which some would say is not to good of a neighborhood but what I have noticed from observing the neighborhood is there are hit and miss blocks.

Can an HOA legally say no & block you, if you want to tear it down and build something new and the city is okay with it? 

I know that road blocks are frustrating.
