Greater Cincinnati is experiencing growth which I see a lot, especially in Northern Ky with our airport, amazon distribution facility, colleges, sports teams, etc

Quick, cheap flights from NY into the airport here - which is literally 5 minutes to the beach - so you can check on your investment from time to time or have a place to get away to in the offseason. 

It is a very low risk move to just hold it.Is it actual Hancock Park or an adjacent area?

But in the end, I sure was happy when I sat in the lounge at LA Airport about to leave the country for a month and found out title wired over funds.

I own a 104 unit with an empty and build-able lot adjacent that we believe can have about 22 additional units.

Then build's another HDQ building in Plano as Perot Systems.... then built Alliance airport...the only private commercial airport in the United States....probably many other projects too with the same idea.Makes a lot of sense.....I'm sure someone will and can make money in the rust belt, but that scares me.

now a days I was just at Altanta airport this week I saw a total of ONE pay phone and about the only place I see those now a days is at a port when I am on a cruise ship trip.. or in a internet café were foreigners are calling home.There was no fed ex  had to rely using snail mail... and then they came out with this thing called a fax machine.. but that was OK but the paper was such that the print faded with time.. so you could not really use it for files you would hold a long time.. then there was plain paper fax.. now that was coolthen the scanners came out..

. - I am a nurse in nyc, work 3days/wk 12hour shift- currently on 1 month vacation, moving on to a next job in mid January , annual income is 90000-105000- target properties are going to be distressed, $40000-$70000 range in any adjacent areas of NYC.I looked up what hard money is, how they work, etc.
