If you think you will go FHA, Conventional, FHA 203k, etc. and then Quit Claim the property, to a LLC, or a Land Trust you run the risk of the lender discovering a Title Transfer occurred and activating the "Acceleration Clause" or "Due on Sale Clause" that requires the loan to be paid in full, within 'x' number of days.

Hold onto every property you get, unless you're selling to invest in another property that accelerates moving you toward your goals.

I also don't believe that joining Pace's mentorship program will accelerate the number of deals that I buy (and seeing as I'm not leaving my career for another 15 years what would be the point).

Hi forum:Went to Jersey City tax lien sale today, and I am sure I must have missed something here.It was an accelerated sale, which means unlike regular sale for the previous year, this sale will clear all delinquent taxes up til this point and no more subsequent tax pastdue by today.
