The water/sewer I get a bill quarterly so I havent recieved anything yet, similarly for the other utilities. 

We negotiated with the ability to close rapidly and allow the seller (Senior) to hold a note for part of the deal which she wanted for her monthly income.

I am just saying for us where our title company in Oregon and Washington is the underwriter and title plant and escrow function they have pretty robust on line date down abilities..

I plan to buy at least 3-4 properties over the next few years and one factor in my decision to be a RE agent is the ability to represent myself. 

You don’t think if tomorrow the state legislature put up a bill to increase property tax or income tax Gavin wouldn’t be the first supporter in line?

This includes the fact that contracting to purchase a property of which you do not have ability or intent to perform on contract is illegal in a great many areas of the country, and yes people DO get prosecuted on this every year. 

Compared with low-wage workers, people who have the financial ability to buy homes have been far less likely to lose their jobs, and in some ways, their ability to purchase homes has only expanded.

This is going to be our first home purchase and would love to have the ability to keep our expenses low through house hacking.
