I would think that an umbrella mortgage would be a decent option.

It's time for me to have umbrella brand for my "company", similar to big developers.

I appreciate your feedback as it pertains to your respective real estate markets.I understand that maintaining a pool will hurt my bottom line--including having to maintain it, clean it, umbrella insurance policy etc.  

I also have a personal umbrella policy that will not provide coverage on a separate commercial policy.

Beyond that you should consider an umbrella policy - it is a policy that kicks in after you have hit the limit on your primary policy.

Get good insurance and then umbrella insurance on top of that.

Insurance, as in 'We'll take your money and offer you an umbrella but we'll take us away when it rain.

I wasn't talking about it to brag, I was talking about that to explain that assigning lease options really should be considered under the umbrella of a wholesale deal... and also in the context of explaining how lucrative assigning lease options can be to the OP.... last but not least, it was also used to establish credibility.Crump's system is great, and it is something I use on a daily basis.
