Beyond that you should consider an umbrella policy - it is a policy that kicks in after you have hit the limit on your primary policy.

I wasn't talking about it to brag, I was talking about that to explain that assigning lease options really should be considered under the umbrella of a wholesale deal... and also in the context of explaining how lucrative assigning lease options can be to the OP.... last but not least, it was also used to establish credibility.Crump's system is great, and it is something I use on a daily basis.
