You should have to go through a real doctor who actually sees you and knows your medical history not some shady doctor online who just wants to make a few extra bucks with a fake certificate.

Maybe mention it to the first two banks after the third one closes, until then it’s just a promise, and verbal one at that. 

You are smart enough not to give anyone a down-payment for this type of work, so at least you don't get stolen from but what used to take 1-week to do takes 2-months, with always the promise of "we will be there tomorrow to start". 

I realize none of that means anything until there is an actual sale but it’s all looking promising for now. 

Everything is verbal and the owner says that he made no such promises in writing or verbal. 

Your investors are going to want to see a good return so make sure the numbers are promising before you try and raise money.Hope this helps!
