I am from Dallas, TX and was raised with two older brothers.

I have a couple of rehabs under my belt in the Lake Highlands / White Rock Lake area (Dallas Tx).

I'm a loan officer for a hard money lender for flips and new construction that operates in Dallas / Fort Worth, and Houston, and am looking for ways to increase my reach in DFW.DFW seems to be a very different animal from the rest of Texas as far as what investors are looking for.

Anyone going to the note expo in Dallas this weekend?

On about the 4th day, I made the appointments.Over the next week, I wrote more business than any agent in the southeastern region of the country, cities like Atlanta, Miami, New Orleans, Dallas, Houston, Little Rock or anything east of the big muddy south of Atlanta, all out of one small town housing development.

I am really hurt because my primary town is also the name of some property manager in Dallas and if someone does a search on the town all her dozens of listings that she posts duplicates of several times a day show up even though the nearest one is 40 miles away.

Dallas version of snow removal...wait until tomorrow, it will melt.  :-)  The electric looked low, if you are paying all the utilities.
