I was contacted recently by a lawyer from Florida who was representing a lady investor with EB and he was telling  me he believes this is a Ponzi scheme. 

Last week I stopped by our county's Appraisal office, took and number and waited in line, then spoke with a young lady who (while very nice)  real didn't have much more than a basic understanding of how to navigate the county site.  

I have never over dosed, shot someone or car jacked an old lady.

Just because people are old, does not mean they are right :)I had to tell a disabled lady, raising her 9 year old grandson, who just lost her elderly dad who lived with them, that she had to find a new place to live.

Heather, the lady that runs it, has been managing for a long, long time.

The lady that used to live there doesn't like him and will not sell him the house.

Call me an A$$hole but Im evicting the pregnant lady next…

Marco I tried contacting you 3 weeks ago (actually I called everyone in the office) and the only one available was a lady that didn't have information.  

One of the ladies in our group - a single mom herself- started a nonprofit and works to get these moms into affordable rental housing.

What was pointed out to me was that everything next to the road and pads can be run over, hit and damaged by little old ladies who were just backing up the RV.
