That typically is a longer (3-5+ years).Whatever strategy you use you'll want to make sure you can make investments, drive up the value of the property and then refinance to pull out all/most of your initial cash.

Hey Jasmine, yes, as stated before, a DSCR cashout is the way to go if it is an investment property.

I would consider taking over a turnkey property there but wouldn't advise investing in a conversion unless you're going super luxury or simply want to enjoy the area yourself frequently.

I own a paid off SFH investment property and also a FOURPLEX investment property that is also paid off, would it be better to cash out refi or do a heloc on the SFH or FOURPLEX.
