Purchase price: $120,000 I was the Exclusive Buyers Agent in the transaction.Units were separately metered for water/sewer which was a great plus discovered in DD.The downstairs 2/1 unit was delivered vacant but this was the lowest price/ SF transaction around Olympia in the last 20 months which has great upside on rents and value with it's close proximity to USC and downtown.

I had to call Company A and I discovered that both tenants submitted rent to Company A.

Over the past 6 months, I have studied real estate methods and markets - specifically for long term buy and holds. 

I'm currently attending the University of Toledo studying Finance & Professional Sales but I'll be graduating in May this year and have accepted a job in the corporate world starting mid-May. 

After purchase I Discovered all the electrical wire had been stolen from the attic, there I did exceed my initial estimated budget.Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Won't make it today between calling customers back and studying for my affiliate exam which is tomorrow.

My private jet is taking me to the Amalfi coast this weekend so that I can come back on Monday morning to study to get my real estate license.

I have a great job right now, but studying to get my real estate license currently and have an interview for a property management position next week.
