I would like to focus on the middle income bracket, since I believe that in Trinidad we do not have enough high quality offerings for young people/couples and middle income families in progressive neighborhoods.

You were self-financing, marketing, buying, rehabbing, renting, and flipping your deals single-handedly and I remember wondering where you find time to sleep!

As a passive investor, you are really investing in the relationships you build with the people you are trusting with your investment properties. 

People, particularly amateurs just starting out, tend to focus too much on big tools.

I want to learn the business, get hands on with some projects where I am allowed and find ways to be of value to your business.Any advice or comments are allowed.
