@Dazrell Fleming, how are you incorporated?

I believe in researching and thoroughly looking over every inch of detail that I plan to incorporate within a project.

And this is the reality pretty much at every rung of the ladder, in corporate america, academia, or in  government.

I just moved to Colorado and have not yet begun looking for a professional job (I am a CPA who has worked in Corporate Tax for the last 10 years after 3 years in public accounting).

I will tell you that you need to invest in corporations and your business so you can make enough money in that so you can quit your job and replace the money that will replace your income you make from your boss's company.  

Anyone who follows me knows that instances like this furthers my narrative that the local mom and pops and PM's doing business the way they have always done have no idea of the changing dynamics of the business.

All I know is that I can find owners that are doing this multifamily Apartment complex thing all wrong and are burnt out and I can reposition them in a 18 month to 24 month period the David Lindahl and Lifestyles Unlimited Incorporated way. 

Hello:One other option, if you are happy with the original lease, would be to just sign a 1 page extension of THAT lease which fully incorporates all it's terms and conditions but notes the new term and rent.Bob

My friend and i both make over 40K (each) a year and i have $0 debt (he has student loans).we are considering incorporating to reduce risk on our behalf should anything go south.Any thoughts/ advice i have a lot to learn and im currently working my was through the pages of posts.Sean
