I don't think the social worker was scamming me, why bother?

If the folks that think spending money on social workers to deal with these folks in real time..

As others said you are only getting one side of the story and if these are posts on social media, they could be from a tenant that we evicted or not selected when there was a vacancy. 

I am almost finished with my CA license and have taken action on a wholesale course sold by another successful 18 year old that I found through social media; however, it is not detailed enough for me and I still have a lot of questions regarding the legality of wholesaling in California, how to find a good deal as well as closing procedures.
