I can only provide a personal experience from the renters perspective.I was dating a girl for a year and we decided to rent and apartment together.

I had similar issues with the 26 year old GED girl living in one of my other houses (she get's a ton of money in child support...) and she has been a constant problem.

The process cannot be any different for them than any of the other interested parties or I can be accused of violating fair housing standards.

I'm glad I followed up, but also very glad that I did not go in with accusations flying. 

She played the victims card: How dare you accusing me of something.That is when i started to get complaints from my other tenants about the constant flow of people coming in the middle of the night on average one per hour.

There are currently 3 females living in the condo now and I have a male interested in renting the 4th bedroom.Here is where the question begins, the other girls are not comfortable living with a male, however, the male applicant wants the room and does not mind living with all female roommates.Should I turn down his application for this specific condo because the females refuse to live with a male or will they have to get over it if the male is approved?

The guy says he's going to pay rent and try to win back his girl.

Or I could put on my big girl pants and get to work.

Then, they had knock down screaming fights and he kicked a hole in the bathroom door.It just sounds like a deadbeat boyfriend and a girl who will never finish her first year of law school.  

I'm a country girl, lol.
