While I have sort of gotten used to it, I doubt prospective higher income tenants are going to like this aspect of the neighborhood, drunks walking up to them and asking for money for a meal.

In Calif, mold remediation must be performed by a certified contractor and I doubt he/they would appreciate anyone mandating the use of a specific product.That said, Best wish on all accounts.

If your buy and hold like @Brian Hosier mentioned there is no doubt many areas of Brooklyn will appreciate tremendously in the long term.

I don't have much to say about the shameful behavior down in the city at the moment...I do think it's cute though that @Peter John K gives the rioters the benefit of the doubt in suggesting they're looting narcotics from a CVS.
