I would like to run my business through a corporation but I am unsure which one to choose a LLC or  a S corporation  I live in orange county, Monroe New York.

To answer your question, though, which course of action you choose really depends on what you plan to do with the money.

Ive done it all, make cost increase sheets that gives the tenant the option to see what their rent will be if they wanted upgraded kitchen appliances, new paint, etc.

While it's not likely that multiple would choose not to renew at that time (but a lot can happen in two years!)

Title insurance rates are fairly standard.The better question is whether you want to choose your own vendor to look out for your interests.

Rental income is not considered interest or dividend income so you may not have to pay any taxes to New Hampshire.However, as a resident of MA - you will be required to report worldwide income which would include your income from NH.Nowadays - proximity to your accountant isn't as important as choosing an accountant who is knowledgeable in real estate taxation.You should interview a couple CPA's on BP and see who you connect with.

It's simply a matter of what you choose.
