Hi @Dave Toelkes,For a taxpayer (in this case, Kyle's parents) to claim a person (in this case, Kyle) as a qualifying relative, that person must pass four tests:(1) Not a qualifying child test: the person must not be a qualifying child of the taxpayer.  

Would you be targeting people who come and visit family in Akron, or perhaps families staying because they have a child in Children's hospital?

I built a new build in Palo AltoI imported all my windows and doors from Germany.you talk about locks  and quality nothing in the US compares or even close.the slider had no lock.. it rested on a ball bearing pulley system.. you moved the handle it raised the 700 lb slider a child could do it you position it where you want it  say 6 inchs open or full open you then turn the handle set the slider back down and it was UNMOVEABLE as it weighed literally 700 lbs  no locks needed.. and the front door basically needed a crane.. so I agree with you on those items.

Cool - My son Jagger Cleeves - wants to get his British Passport so that he can do music in England.What are the chances that he would be a musical child after being named Jagger!!!
