Hello all-I have been evaluating a property which I would potentially be partnering on in Marco Island, Florida and seek some input from more experienced Retail / Strip center commercial property investors.

I'm sure you can spot the off center stuff from the ethical and lawful.

I have no idea what I'm doing at this stage so pretty much just going to read everything I can get my hands on, listen to podcasts and identify the best course to meet my goals.  

West Mount Airy is a pretty awesome place to live with its proximity to Wissahickon and quick drive to Center City. 

I can tell you this, where I stay it's student accommodation flats all around and a few shopping center buildings.

This person, will then be able to help you during the entire process - from purchase to rehab to staging to listing.  

The property is still in the renovation stage with about 3 months to go before complete.The other 2 members of the LLC are ok with me purchasing the property from the LLC.  

I would make sure that you are getting only Amazing deals when you buy them at this stage of your investment.

I am in the "building your foundation" and my financial IQ stage.

If OC wasn't a high employment center with tight inventory it just means that @Joe Homs would have been able to buy the house at $400,000 and still make his 10% profit margin.
