There are good contractors around, but are just hard to find. no call no show = firedtake too long for an estimate = firedinvoice far out of spec from estimate = firedinconsistent pricing = SUPER FIREDMaybe this is just my experience but you can't give them any slack. it seems that even when you find a good one, it's temporary before they fall off anway.
