Based on the tremendously positive feedback that the Cleveland Price & Neighborhood Map has gotten from clients and users on BiggerPockets, we've decided to put more effort into making it an interactive map that can be zoomed to street level through the Google maps platform.

If I remember correctly they didn't have the Balance Sheet reports, but that might've changed.CPA can work off of the Income Statement, but seeing the balance sheet can help tremendously to see how to save you on taxes.

It is good that I can ask people and hear out their opinion it helps tremendously.

Right now there is still tremendous demand out there, coupled with really cheap money (thanks fed), and more liquidity, until the FED tightens, or the balance changes, we're going to see buy fix and flip the strongest part of this market.

The water pressure drops tremendously and nothing works right, and water doesn't flow properly from the main into the house.

You get a person to talk to on the phone and they back the owner in a difficult guest situation, which is tremendously beneficial.

But Detroit was doing so bad (2013 bankruptcy) that it's had some tremendous appreciation.
