I think that would be a wash.The latest round of eviction moratorium has been a political weapon targeting only those areas that weren't as obedient on the Covid Commandments down from On High, which I think in the Bay Area every time Fauci reads tea leaves that instantly becomes public policy.

With your knowledge of the areas would you invest in North Charleston by Windsor place for more of a potential cash flow play or Summerville for more of an instant equity play. 

Worse comes to worse, we bought this deal under market value and we had instant equity when we bought according to our appraisal.

Maybe the best scenario is that you're buying at a below market value where you have instant equity at the time of purchase. 

I don't see why there would be any reason to move forward with someone who is not a real estate expert and gets a payday regardless of performance.

If you want the instant gratification of initial cashflow then not the best area but if you have the patience for long term you will be happy you did. 

Can you imagine being able to instantly be reminded of all your REIA club member's names or real estate agents, etc, just at first glance?
