Why would you dismiss any criticisms from people that have the experience and maybe a different strategy that would cost a potential investor nothing ?  

If you see only two layers then hire a carpenter to fix the rafters, by adding support and chips and you do not need to do anything to the roofs.If you need to just add support then it should not cost a lot.

Quiet Title Actions can be quick and they can also drag on forever and cost a small fortune...caveat emptor (buyer beware).
