It takes time and practice to get comfortable and there is always something new to learn, but I think following a system has helped me focus and become automated so that tackling the learning curve and making adaptations is never that difficult.  

Person ally I'm taking the agent path as I am concerned Quicken Loans has brought automation to the over qualified buyer pool.

With their sweat equity, you shouldn't have to find all deals which are closed.Talk to seasoned vets, my current position, and find out how they were able to "automate" their businesses.

Do not trust those automated valuation engines like zillow.

I said I wanted to have some one review my file while I was on the phone and I was manually approved after being denied the automation route. 

I currently hand wrote all the letters, but now I it setup it up for automation so I can get hand written fonts on yellow lined paper.  

It can be very time consuming in the beginning stages, but as you learn from others who do this and who have more time in and are successful, then you will learn how to automate your business and incorporate systems that will make your life much easier.
